Ceramic fritted glass, also called silk screen printing glass. It is produced by silk screen (or roller) printing ceramic frit paints onto glass followed by drying and heat-treating to form a permanent coating. After printing, the furnace is set to a temperature of 520 ~ 600 °C to fix the pigment and toughen the glass. This process allows for diverse colors and patterns, making it ideal for facade walls, railings, and decorative installations.
