Free samples are available for quality inspections. You only need to cover the freight, which is refundable upon placing a formal order. Samples can also be sent via your courier account on a collect basis.
For small orders, jars are individually packed with bubble bags or foam. For bulk container orders, we utilize standard export pallets or safe egg-packing cartons. We maintain a breakage rate of under 0.2% and provide compensation for any defective units in subsequent orders.
