Ivermectin injection has a good anthelmintic effect on internal and external parasites, mainly internal nematodes and arthropods.
The expulsion rates of Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Cooperia, Trichostrongylus, Roundworm, Nematodirus, and adult and fourth stage larvae in sheep are 97% ~ 100%. It is also highly effective against arthropods, such as fly maggots, mites, and lice. Although it does not immediately cause tick death, it affects feeding, molting, and oviposition, thereby reducing reproductive capacity.
