Yes, we can produce custom models and designs based on specific customer requirements.
What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, items are typically sent within 7 days after receiving payment. For custom orders, the standard lead time is around 36 days.
How do you control the quality?
We perform strict quality control, including leak tests for 3 times before the final packing process.
How do you handle defective bottles?
We offer a 1:1 replacement for any defective bottles caused by our side.
