How can I get a sample to check the quality?
Free samples are available. You only need to cover the freight cost, which is refundable once an order is placed. If you have a courier account, we can arrange collection.
How do you handle safe packaging and breakage?
We use bubble bags or foam for small orders. For large container orders, we use standard export pallets or cartons with safe egg packing. We guarantee a breakage rate under 0.2% and compensate for any defects in your next order.
What surface handling services do you offer?
We support custom logo applications, decoration firing, screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, and label printing. Colors can be matched according to PANTONE numbers.
How effective is the sealing of the bottles?
