Q1. How can I get a better price?
A: The price is negotiable. It can be adjusted according to quantity or package. Returning customers can get special discounts.
Q2. Can I get a sample?
A: 1 or 2 Samples can be free, the air freight is collect or pay us in advance. We usually ship samples by DHL or FedEx. It takes 5-7 days to arrive.
Q3. What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Stock Goods MOQ is 1000pcs. OEM style is 20,000pcs. We recommend a quantity based on the price which is cost effective for our customers.
Q4. Do you receive customized orders?
A: Yes, that's what we are good at. Please send your design of bottle and LOGO, we can construct new molds, emboss or print LOGO for you.
Q5. How do you do quality control?
A: We conduct measuring tests, destructive testing (internal pressure, thermal shock), 100% inline testing by machines, and random QC workman checks during production.
Q6. What if the product is broken during shipping?
A: We usually ship 1% more glass bottles to our customers. If breakage exceeds that, we can discuss and compensate in the next order.
