IVERMECTIN INJECTION 2%

COMPOSITION

Each 1ml contains 20mg Ivermectin

INDICATION

Ivermectin injection is indicated for the effective treatment and control of the following parasites:

  • In cattle: Gastrointestinal round worms, lung worm, cattle grubs, screw worms, fly larvae, sucking lice, mange and mites.
  • In sheep: Gastrointestinal round worms, lung worms, sheep nose bot larvae, mange and mites.

Note: Ivermectin should be administrated only by subcutaneous injection beneath the loose skin behind the shoulder.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

For subcutaneous administration:

Animal Administration
Cattle 0.1mg/kg (1ml/100kg body weight)
Sheep/goat 0.1mg/kg (1ml/100kg body weight)
CONTRA-INDICATION
  • Do not use in cattle or ewes producing milk for human consumption.
  • Do not use in pregnant animals.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
For meat:
- Cattle: 28 days
- Sheep/goat: 21 days

For milk: 21 days
STORAGE

Store in a dry cool place and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
