Functions & Properties
1. Thermal Insulation Low heat gain and heat loss value (low U value) for energy efficiency.
2. Light Transmission Selectable solar transmission and reflectance levels to meet functional design requirements.
3. Noise Insulation Reduces noise level by 30 dB. An additional 5 dB reduction is achievable with inert gas filling.
4. Condensing Prevention Designed to withstand down to -65°C without condensing, exceeding the national requirement of -40°C.
5. Leak Proof System Dual seal system with PIB as primary seal and silicone or polysulfide as secondary seal. Automatic bending ensures air tightness.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the thickness range available for this insulated glass?
The total thickness of our insulated glass units ranges from 15mm up to 65mm, depending on your specific building requirements.
How does your insulated glass prevent condensation?
Our units are designed with a high-performance dual-seal system and quality desiccants, allowing them to withstand temperatures as low as -65°C without any internal condensation.
What kind of noise reduction can I expect?
Our standard insulated glass can reduce noise by approximately 30 dB. If inert gas is filled into the cavity, an additional reduction of 5 dB can be achieved.
What colors and glass types can be used?
We offer a wide variety of colors including blue, gray, green, brown, and golden. Glass types include Low-E, tempered, laminated, frosted, and heat-reflective glass.
Are custom sizes available for order?
Yes, we provide fully customized sizes. The minimum size is 100*100 mm, and we can produce large-scale units for curtain walls and building facades.
What is your daily production capacity?
Our factory has a high production capacity of approximately 2000 square meters per day, which is roughly equivalent to loading one full container daily.
