Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Yes. We would like to send several samples for your reference if you could afford the freight cost.
Q: What surface handling do you support?
A: We can supply screen printing, spraying, hot stamping, frost, label printing, and more.
Q: Do you accept customized orders?
A: YES. We can arrange opening new molds according to the customer's specific requirements.
Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: For stock products, 5-10 days. For mass production, lead time is around 35 days (longer if surface handling is required).
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We perform leakage tests three times before packing, managed by our internal QC team.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, Trade Assurance, Western Union, and PayPal.
