A2: For new products, sample delivery is 20-25 working days, and batch delivery is 20-30 working days after payment, depending on quantity. Inventory items can ship within 3 days.
A3: For in-stock products, samples are free (shipping fee required). For custom products, a sample fee is charged and refunded once the order is confirmed.
A4: Our normal terms are wire transfer, 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipment.
