Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is a 20GP container. Customers can mix different products within one 20GP. However, we suggest a 40HQ container as it is more economical for sea freight.
Q2: What is the estimated delivery time?
A: Generally within 20-45 days after receiving the advance payment, depending on the order quantity. If stock is available, goods can be sent to the port within 7 days.
Q3: What are the standard terms of payment?
A: Our standard terms are a 30% TT deposit and the remaining 70% balance against a copy of the B/L within 7 days.
Q4: Are your materials safe and eco-friendly?
A: Yes, all our glass materials are eco-friendly, lead-free, and non-poisonous, suitable for food-grade storage and daily use.
Q5: Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
A: Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services, including customized shapes, embossed logos, decal printing, frost, painting, and electroplating.
Q6: Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
A: Absolutely. We provide 1-3 pieces of samples for free (freight collect). Mold fees for custom designs are also refunded once bulk production reaches specified volumes.
