Yes, free samples are available. Direct trade assurance orders are allowed. You only need to cover the freight cost, which is refundable once the bulk order is placed. If you have a courier account, we can arrange samples via freight collect.
Q2. Can we do printing on the bottles?
Sure. We offer various printing methods such as silk screen printing, hot stamping, and silver printing. We also provide frosting, color spraying, decal, polishing, plating, and label stickers.
Q3. How do you handle safe packaging and broken items?
For small orders or samples, we use PE bags to pack items individually. For large container orders, we use standard export paper cartons with safe packing. We also accept customized gift boxes to ensure maximum safety.
Q4. Can we combine many items and sizes in one container?
Yes, you can. However, the quantity of each ordered item should reach our minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.
Q5. What should I do if there is damage during transportation?
Usually, we recommend purchasing insurance to ensure transportation safety. In case of damage, insurance and proper documentation will help in resolving the claim efficiently.
