What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, our MOQ is 50,000 pcs. However, for goods currently in stock, the MOQ can be reduced to 30,000 pcs.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we are pleased to provide free samples for quality evaluation before you place an order.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a professional quality control team and perform 100% automated and manual inspections during the production process to ensure the highest standards.
What printing formats do you accept for custom logos?
For screen printing and logo design, please provide your artwork in AI or CDR vector graphics format. We also support Pantone code color matching.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit with the 70% balance via TT against copy of documents. We also accept Western Union, L/C, and PayPal.
